Replacement & Exchange policy
- We strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order and we accept your order without any single question.
- We meant what we say, all you need to drop a single mail on email@example.com or call us on +91-8448440847 within periods of 7 days.
- As per our return policy courier boy will get back to you with return packing slip and pickup arrangements in 24-48 hours. (if the pickup is not available at your pincode then please send the package back to us in a sealable condition and we will reimburse upto INR 100/- as the courier charges). Also request you to send the AWB number, courier name, your name, order number and the product SKU on firstname.lastname@example.org for faster processing of your complaint. Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Return of products we are accepting within 7 days, customers have to replacement / exchange the products.
- We will reimburse an amount of Rs.100 only as coupon code for return shipping charge.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- Once your product is returned and Quality Check is done for the received product, your shipping charges i.e. INR100 and product amount would be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code. It will be sent via email & SMS to your registered email address and Mobile No. respectively for your future shopping @ Zatki.
- The Coupon Code an amount (Product Value +100 shipping charge) will be able to available within 1 year validity.
- On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that zatki.com may peruse the same in future, to avoid such occurrences in future.
- In any case product is in damaged condition or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours.
- A person who ordered from our website www.zatki.com, is agreed to our all the terms & conditions mentioned as above. One who does not agree with them, should not proceed to order anything from our website www.zatki.com
- All the legal cases will be the treated in only Surat jurisdiction court.
Beware of fraud/imposter calls
Some of our customers have reported getting random phone calls from imposters who call on behalf of Team Zatki and ask for cash amount to be deposited in bank account for heavy discounts. We want to caution our customers that by no means these calls are from us and we will never demand such favors from our customers. These calls are by possible pranksters/imposters and we request our customers to share their details with us at the earliest. Please do not entertain them.
